Egg salad cups (small bites, big protein)

Ingredients

  • 4–6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo
  • Salt + pepper
  • Optional: mustard, paprika, chopped pickles
  • Optional: lettuce cups or cucumber rounds

Directions

  1. Chop eggs.
  2. Mix with yogurt/mayo + seasoning.
  3. Spoon into lettuce cups (or eat with a fork).
